Justin: All right, hey Jeremy, how you doing?

Jeremy Taylor: Good man, how's it going? Well, it's been really busy. I get a lot of calls at 2 a.m., 11 p.m., throughout the day. I'll tell you though, it was really funny to see how it first went off. So, as you know, we went from an ancient website, kind of outdated to say the least, and jumped into a rocket ship.

So talking about numbers, the first month, I was able to track down 14k revenue just from your website. Those are things that we just didn't have.

If I were to talk about revenue throughout the year, we're well into six figures. So as an example, we got a lead yesterday that was a $25,000 lead, which would be about $19,000 profit for us. So that's just one lead. And we don't win all of those, but I'd rather have some of those and not win them than none of them. And we're getting leads where we just weren't getting leads before.

Justin: So the last question was, you said in the first 30 days of working with us that you were able to capture an extra 14K in revenue that you wouldn't have been able to without our system. Just want to kind of dive into that. Was it the payment system that we set up? Was it the automations for being able to send contracts and close people faster? What really helped you?

Jeremy Taylor: Good question. So during the early days when we were still not high up on the organic rankings, what really won us out was just the easy functionality. Lead Connector has been a game changer. Having the ability to go in and quickly see the leads and what they say and all that stuff.

Even just, for me, this is going to sound crazy, but I needed a system that really makes a lot of noise because I'm getting these calls in the middle of the night. And so to say the least, I'm well aware when a lead comes in.

And so just that ease of functionality is what first got us. But here's what I've been hearing recently. People keep saying, "I called you because you're the first one I see on Google." I'm like, okay, fine. And sometimes people are like, "Are you the only bail company in Yolo County?" And I don't always answer that part. But to say the least, they're kind of seeing us as the go-to just from Google results now.

Justin: That's amazing. And I know when we were first doing the onboarding and getting you guys into the system that Mike said that he used to manually go drive to people across the different counties you serve to get them onboarded and signed up. Now that you're able to just send them a text message and get them signed up automatically and pay you over the phone, has that really helped you guys? Like with all this new increase in leads you've gotten, has it made it easier to close the deals and get to revenue faster?

Jeremy Taylor: Totally, but let me clarify one thing. We're able to do business we wouldn't do. So I'll give you an example. As a bail company, the person in jail is obviously here. Well, their family member might be in New Mexico. Whereas before, Mike would be unable to help when someone's out of state. We actually have been able to do business that we wouldn't have done otherwise because of the ease of use. I mean, I'm texting these people, here's the link to pay before we're even done with the phone call and it's just smooth. So yeah, we've been able to pick up business that we just couldn't do before.

Justin: It sounds like actually we've gotten you so much business that you're getting a lot of calls at night. What do you think is the next step? What's the next pain point that we could solve for you?

Jeremy Taylor: I'll tell you what would be cool. I would love to have something AI where it's asking basic questions, answering basic questions. Just that kind of thing would be cool because that's the reality. I mean, it sounds funny, but if I'm in the shower, I could miss a $20,000 bail call.

And so having something that is very in-depth, as an example, yesterday, a lawyer called us and because Justin, you had set up something for us — it basically just was like an auto text. Well, I called him back and he's like, "Oh, you're texting me." And I'm thinking, I didn't, but you know, it was the automated text. And so anyways, that was a very easy win for us. That alone was like $1,400 profit just from that lead, just because of that auto feature you enabled.

So I want that on steroids.

Justin: That's awesome because that's already what we've been talking through and planning — we can actually give you a full 24/7 AI receptionist that can take these leads in and route them, whether they're a family member or an actual defendant and kind of just handle that part for you and start the onboarding process.

Kind of just to wrap this up, because I really appreciate all the kind words and it's great that we've been able to get you guys over an extra 100k of profit this year and we want to keep doing even more for you guys. How was your experience during the onboarding, the website build, that first 90 days? Did you feel good about it? Was there places that we could improve?

Jeremy Taylor: Justin, I'll say this man, I realize Mike and I are both difficult to work with. You guys were awesome. I mean, we were harassing you, coming to your office during your lunch time. And so I think you were more than accommodating, even in person.

But here's what I appreciated. It was like my Friday 7 p.m. text, like "Justin, the website doesn't say insurance and it needs to say insurance." And you're like, "Got it." So that type of stuff was awesome too because when you're onboarding, going through a formal process is great, but the reality is that the operations of the business are going to drive new requirements. And so I found that you all were very flexible with whatever we threw at you.

Justin: And then my last question is, if you had to go through this whole process again, would you do it again with us? And would you pay more money this time now that you've experienced it?

Jeremy Taylor: 100%. I would. I would.
